Fred
The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. We also loved the free Porto wine in the "wine room" - a great treat! The tasty breakfast was a nice way to start our day. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main center of the city. And the fact that they offered free safe parking was a huge advantage, especially during our New Year road trip.
One negative aspect was that the room we stayed in was a bit noisy due to traffic outside the small windows. , it would have been helpful to have air conditioning inside the room, especially since it was a bit cold during our stay.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome during our Christmas stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. Plus, we appreciated the fact that the hotel offered parking, which was a bonus during the busy holiday season.
There were a couple of downsides to our experience. the bathroom was located externally from the room, which was a bit inconvenient, especially during late-night trips.

The staff was very friendly and helpful during our romantic escape. We loved the free Porto wine tasting in the "wine room" and the tasty breakfast that was served. The location of the hotel was great, only a 7-minute walk to the main center of the city. Plus, the free safe parking was a huge advantage for us.
The beds were a bit too hard for our liking, which affected our sleep quality. the room in the basement was quite noisy due to traffic outside the small windows.

The location is perfect, as it is very close to a metro station, making it easy to reach the city center. It is also near the beautiful Douro river, providing a picturesque view. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with amenities like air conditioning and shutters for a comfortable stay. The hosts are friendly and welcoming, providing a delicious breakfast with homemade treats. The secure parking adds convenience for guests with vehicles.
The bathroom could be a bit colder, but with heating in the room and leaving the door open, it can be managed.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to the city center, a metro station nearby, and close proximity to the beautiful Douro river. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast offered a variety of options, and the outdoor terrace/garden provided a lovely space to relax.
The room walls were not soundproofed, making it difficult to sleep due to noisy neighbors.

I was warmly greeted by the hostess each morning and the breakfast spread was fantastic, with freshly made cakes, yogurt, and delicious coffee. The B&B is perfectly located, just a short walk to the beautiful river Douro. The beds were comfortable and the entire place was well-maintained. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its cozy atmosphere and convenient location.

The location of the hotel near the Douro river provides the best view for a delightful dinner at the riverside. It is also conveniently close to the city center, allowing easy access to all the attractions. The rooms are spacious and equipped with all necessary amenities including air conditioning, shutters, and a big closet.
The walls between the bedrooms are not soundproofed, which can be bothersome as you can hear your neighbors' conversations clearly.
